No refunds will be issued for orders delayed, returned, or refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.
6. Risk & Title
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been dispatched.
Title to goods passes to you upon full payment.
7. Warranty
Warranty Period
We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase on all products sold by Conduit King Worldwide, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
What This Warranty Covers
• Manufacturing defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship
• Defects occurring when the product is used in accordance with provided instructions and intended purpose
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage
Improper installation, storage, or handling
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by unauthorised repairs, modifications, or alterations
Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer guarantees.
Warranty Claims
To lodge a warranty claim, you must:

• Provide proof of purchase
• Describe the defect clearly
If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with ACL.
Reasonable return shipping costs for approved warranty claims will be covered by us.
