1. Product Overview Description

The CONDUIT KING CABLE FEEDING MACHINE is tool accessory designed to assist in guiding and feeding cable snakes efficiently through tight spaces and conduits. It is intended for professional and industrial applications where controlled cable placement is required for cable snakes up to 8mm in thickness. CABLE SNAKES NOT INCLUDED

Intended Use

The CONDUIT KING CABLE FEEDING MACHINE is designed for de-energized applications related to cable handling. For the SM-KS1, we recommend using cable snakes up to 8mm in diameter. Ideal options include flexible nylon-coated snakes (commonly known as tiger snakes) or coiled steel cable snakes (also referred to as flexible spring steel snakes). We don’t recommend using fiberglass snakes with this model.

• Always keep drill in the clockwise/ forward/ drilling setting, even when the drill attachment is on the reverse mechanism your drill must stay in the clockwise/ forward/ drilling setting. NEVER USE WITH IMPACT DRIVER.

3. Installation & Operating Instructions

Installation Steps

1. Place the CONDUIT KING CABLE FEEDING MACHINE on a stable, flat surface.
2. Adjust positioning to align with the cable snake pathway and ensure pathway is clear to begin the process of feeding the cable snake.
3. Secure the feeder in place if required.Always keep drill in the clockwise/ forward/ drilling setting, even when the drill attachment is on the reverse mechanism your drill must stay in the clockwise/ forward/ drilling setting. NEVER USE WITH IMPACT DRIVER.

Operating Instructions:

1. Insert the cable snake into the guide mechanism.
2. Grip cable feeder by the handle (see attached Diagram)
3. Slowly feed the cable snake through, ensuring smooth movement. Always keep drill in the clockwise/ forward/ drilling setting, even when the drill attachment is on the reverse mechanism your drill must stay in the clockwise/ forward/ drilling setting. NEVER USE WITH IMPACT DRIVER.
4. Adjust positioning as necessary to avoid cable snake tangling.
5. After use, clean and store the device properly.

• Issue: Cable snake jammed

• Solution: Reposition the feeder and retry
• Issue: Excessive force required
• Possible Cause: Cable snake too thick
• Solution: Use a thinner cable snake or adjust feeding angle
• Issue: Device not stable
• Possible Cause: Unsecured placement
• Solution: Secure the feeder

5. Warranty & Consumer Rights

Warranty Information

• This product comes with a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
• The warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. However, Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• Return shipping costs will be covered by FM Enterprises WA PTY LTD if the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault.
• This warranty is in addition to rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer Guarantee Statement

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
